Below is a screen shot of the goowy (web) navigation bar.  From left to right the icons are desktop icon (which clears whatever you are looking at and shows your goowy virtual desktop), widgets, games, mail, contacts, calendar, options, help and logout.  Additionally there is an inline google web search.

Below is a screen shot of the email view.  You get powerful functionality including auto-refresh, drag and drop, keyboard shortcuts, contact auto-complete and more!

Below is a screen shot of the calendar view.  The calendar allows you to set meetings, label events, invite people, get reminders and more!
