So i decided to write a short review on how this system works.  Actually it's quite simple. You need to Register Yourself first to start posting your Resume. See the Rest of the Post

After Registration and Logon You'll immediately able to start preparing your Resume

After publishing your resume. You have a option to invite people from your contact list to review your resume.

On the Top Bar there is a Option to Add/upload your Picture to the Resume 

Also after publishing you can go and click Edit Resum. You'll find your Internet Published Public Link to distribute

Follow the Public link to see Preview of your Publised Resume.. Logged in users are able to do review and Rating on it
