The product looks good, but works bad.
I'm using Techinline Remote Desktop and completely satisfied with the service. It's doesn't provide plenty of features currently, but works very fast and reliable. In addition, guys from Techinline are working hard on adding new features to their service.
P.S. It's extremely cheap and has a convenient pay-per-incident payment option! http://www.techinline.com/prices/
