Microsoft Labs PhotoZoom creates zooming albums

Microsoft Labs PhotoZoom is a Silverlight based web application that enables you to create zooming albums with your pictures. It has streaming zoom feature that enhance the picture quality while zoom in or zoom out. This product uses the feature “Deep Zoom Technology” which is part of Silverlight. It’s still an experimental site and might have bugs and problems. PhotoZoom allows you to embed a PhotoZoom album using embed codes in your blog or website. Creating the albums requires you to sign in to Windows Live Passport.

Simple and effective Twitter follow me buttons collections

Well this is yet another twitter topic. Lets face it, it’s popular and it’s getting all the attentions on the internet. Now who won’t like to have a nice and shiny twitter follow me button for their website and blog. Yes I do know you can put up a text link on your sidebar but would it be so interesting then. How about some shiny hosted and different flavored twitter buttons for you. Just copy and paste the code where you want it to appear. Simple, effective, interesting and useful. A good looking twitter button  can  build up your twitter followers much more faster than you actually think of.

Tweetvisor filling up the gaps in twitter web interface

Twitter is getting popular day by day with numerous web applications implementation. Previously I’ve talked about TweetManager that can automate the twitter tasks. Now Tweetvisor (Beta) offers a neat way to fill up the gaps of the twitter web interface. Most probably Tweetvisor is the complete web interface for twitter. LiveDrive gives a different approach to store unlimited files online

LiveDrive came out with a different perspective for storing your files online securely. The name might look a little like Windows Live Skydrive which offers 25GB. But LiveDrive, as it’s name remarks itself, provides unlimited space online for storing all your documents, photos, music, videos and any other files in a simple and user friendly interface. The concept of LiveDrive is not to store your data at your computer but store it online for larger aperture of accessibility. I’ve seen a number of file storage systems such as in.solit.us, Mozy.com, Box.net, ElephantDrive. They all come with storage but they don’t provide the full concept of online file storage. Lets take a deep look inside.
