Recently i've wrote about another service called PageFlakes which has  the same functionality as netvibes does. But netvibes has introduced their ECO system where you can get a lot of pre made custom modules for your to use and share which includes Podcasts , Feeds , Modules , Events and Custom Tabs collection . PageFlakes don't have the feature like Netvibes ECOsystem but PageFlakes just introduced and opened to public early of this month so I'm sure they have their plan to do it.

I use netvibes as my Web starup page. It is simple and easy to use. You can open your browser and you can have a look on what's happening on the web, your e-mails, blogs and more. Netvibes web desktop doesn't require you to signup but signing up will save your settings permanently. Lets take a look whats on my web desktop.

The Google AJAX Search API is an experimental API that lets you integrate a dynamic Google search module into your web pages so your users can mash up Google search results with other content on your site or add search results clippings to their own content. This ajaxed search returns Google Search, Blog Search and Video Search Results in one Place. The implementation can be expandable. How? Lets just look at the examples we have here.
