Web site Krunch is an online file compression tool that lets you compress/uncompress files over the internet.

With Krunch, you can upload and compress your files, upload and uncompress already compressed files, uncompress and view/download compressed web files, and finally, grab files from the internet, compress them, and then download them. Krunch handles zip, rar, and gzip compression. While Krunch isn't intended to replace your desktop compression software, it could come in very handy from time to time if you're working at a computer that can't handle rar'd files or something along those lines.
