Zoho is an Office Productivity Suite from AdventNet Inc. Founded in 1996, AdventNet is headquartered in Pleasanton, CA with offices in North America, Europe and Asia. AdventNet focuses on building affordable software for businesses. Along with their other great line of products Zoho also introduced a new concept for document sharing service called Zoho Viewer. Get rid of attachments. Just upload your document, grab the URL and share it with your friends or post it in blogs / forums.

Recently a new site introduced and open to public beta called "Online SignOff ". The Concept is new and interesting. This site will help you to manage, prepare, find and track your contracts, TAC and legal documents. You will be able to create documents, securely e-mail your clients and track the documents when and how they have been read. Additionally the status (accepted or declined etc) of the document can be reviewed.
This site is still at beta stage and you can give it a by signup for free.

From left to right the icons are desktop icon (which clears whatever you are looking at and shows your goowy virtual desktop), widgets, games, mail, contacts, calendar, options, help and logout. Additionally there is an inline google web search.
Below is a screen shot of the email view. You get powerful functionality including auto-refresh, drag and drop, keyboard shortcuts, contact auto-complete and more!
