Yes i've seen many social networking sites for video,image/photos, audio, podcasts etc etc but hey there are lot of cartoonist around the world. Well ToonDoo actually manage to focus on them and yeah you can be a cartoonist for free too. ToonDoo is offering more cartoon stock graphics and emotion icons for you to add with your photos or you can just use the characters to make up your own. What amazed me is the toondoo editing interface. It's powered by adobe flash technology and has a huge library of objects to drag and drop. What the editor interface is missing is the ability to tune digital photos and apply filters.

A published toon will be tagged and can be reviewed by other members of the site. Well currently i didn't notice a friends community option for it. you can easily embed the toon code in your site using either flash or html code.
